Refund policy
Returns
We are excited about our products and we want you to feel great about them too. If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at [email protected] to get your return process started. You can start a return for a refund within 10 days of the order date.
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We’ll issue your refund as soon as we receive the return, less shipping charges, in the original method of payment.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that it can take up to 3 weeks to see the credit in your account, depending on the form of payment.
All sale items are final sale.
Exchanges
All of our products are made in small batches and we cannot guarantee that the same item will be available for an exchange. To make sure the item you’d like to purchase is in stock, send us an email at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
